- Office furniture for the Massena Border Patrol Station, Massena, NY. This is set aside 100% for a small business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented wi th additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912P4-06-T-0015 and is being sent out as a Req uest for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. Contractor must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifi cations - Commercial Items, with its offer. The following clauses 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Exe cutive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
