Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for the maintenance, inspection, and calibration of Anesthesia Equipment (Ohmeda). The service coverage will include all travel, labor, parts and materials, manufacturers authorized field modifications (FMIs) and individual tools and test equipment, required to service and maintain the system and components in strict accordance with the manufacturers maintenance manuals, specifications, FMIs and quality control policies and procedur es governed by the using activity. This acquisition is under the Commercial Item Procedures with a base year of 1 Oct 06 through 30 Sep 07 with four one year option periods. The Original Equipment Manufacturer is General Electric Company, Waukesha, WI. Request for Quote will be issued on or about 28 Aug 06 and will be available for downloading through Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) Acquisition Business Website. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax reque sts for this solicitation will not be accepted. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Award will be made on or about 8 Sep 06.
