Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting proposals for Hotel Management and Guest Services at the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Services include front desk operations, reservations, food and beverage services, classroom/meeting room setup, housekeeping, janitorial, laundry, airport shuttle, and mail room. The proposed cost-plus-award-fee contract includes a base year and four, one-year option periods. Technical proposals will be received via oral presentation. A pre-proposal conference and site tour is scheduled for September 22, 2006; reservations are required. RFP No. 982106R113 will be available on or about September 6, 2006 and may be accessed at this site or: ideasec.nbc.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. See Note 26.
