- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference Number: N6847006RQRN002 will be used identify this requirement. A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (http://www.eps.gov). It is the responsibility of each vendor to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open competition procedures. U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa has a requirement for 1 each Medtronic NIM Response 2.0 system (P/N: 8252060). FOB Destination prices only. Delivery of this item will be to the U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa Japan via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to PSC 482 Box 248 FPO AP 96362-1695. The following Cl auses and Provisions apply to this requirement: FAR 52.204-7. Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror R epresentations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with your quote.
