- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with American Valley Aviation to: convert 36 universal wing pylons to the standard configuration of wing station pylon P/N 972924-101; provide 60 standardized wing station pylon spacers and applicable wing to pylon wiring harnesses; deliver primary pylon assembly (Bomb Bay Pylon 500 LBs) consisting of the following major components ? P/Ns 925512-1, 925513-1, 925657-1, 902383-1, 902385-1; deliver 1000/2000 LB class store pylon P/N 925533-10; deliver 24 wing to pylon harnesses, P/N 965799-101 and 12 wing to pylon harnesses P/N 965799-103, for FMS. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
