- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-06-T-0165, is issued as a request for quotation. For one each 225kVA / 202.5 kW, input voltage 480VAC 3 phase, 4 wire input, OUTPUT Voltage 480VAC, 3 phase, 4 wire. 60 Hz input and output. UPS footprint 75?h x 48?w x 35.5?d, battery cabinet footprint 75?h x 100?w x 33?d. Output Voltage THD : less than 3% for 100 percent linear load; lesss than 5 percent for 100 percent non-linear load. IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) transistorized inverter. Onehundred rated continuous duty bypass static switch, low KVAR (200 kW) generator friendly, top and bottom cable entry. Power management software bundle to provide monitoring and shutdown capabilities. One year warranty coverage on all parts, twentyfour hour, seven days a week labor, travel on UPS. Start service to commence Monday through Friday 0800 through 1700. Uninterruptible power supply system with two steel battery cabinets (total footprint 75 x 100 x 33) providing eight minutes run at full load,, 225kVA power distribution units with four Sub Feed Breakers, factory start-up.
