- This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? to purchase HighJump Software maintenance subscription services from 3M. This Notice is SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY 2007 FUNDS pursuant to FAR Clause 52.232-18. This notice does not obligate funds. The Government intends to purchase MAINTENANCE services for the following software licenses that were previously purchased under a competitive award: Loftware Print Server Starter Edition, qty 43; Loftware Label Manager Full Edition, qty 4; Crystal Reports 10 Advanced Developer w/Limited Workgroup license, qty 2; Crystal Reports Enterprise, Embedded Edition, qty 1; SCA Concurrent User Licenses, qty 1; SCA Warehouse Advantage, qty 100; SCA Terminal Device License, qty 51; SCA Advantage Dashboard, qty 1; SCA Unlimited Named Browser, qty 31; SCA Advantage Link for XML, qty 1; In 2002 a competitive procurement was awarded for the Sharpe Warehouse Consolidation project to Tompkins Associates. HighJump Software was recommended by Tompkins and accepted by GSA. It was also considered the reasonable and acceptable solution based on price. The General Services Administration Federal Supply Service (FSS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) purchased HighJump for 9 Windows 2000 server systems, which are housed at the Sharpe Depot in French Camp, CA. These systems support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) application at Sharpe and are central to GSA?s mission. The WMS system is used to manage storage and process inbound and outbound of material and is based on HighJump software products. Annual maintenance is necessary to continue operations. HighJump Software and the maintenance subscription are proprietary, and no other vendor is authorized to manufacture or resell the product. The vendor is qualified on the basis that the software has been deployed as a standard at the GSA Sharpe Depot.
