- MSIC has the requirement to purchase one GMC TC5500 Crew Cab four Wheel Drive Truck (or equivalent). The minimum specifications for this truck can be found on the MSIC website at the following web address: http://www.msic.dia.mil/contracts/contracts.html. These specifications are the minimum required and are non-negotiable. Failure to meet these minimum specifications will render your proposal technically unacceptable. The following FAR provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6 ALT I Restrictions on Subcontrator Sales to the Government, 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Consitions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Consitions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, 52.225-13 Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases, 52.233-4 Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim. Quote must include delivery to address listed as Place of Contract Performance. Quotes are due not later than COB (4:00 p.m. CST) on 05 Sep 2006. Delivery of truck shall be NLT 120 days from date of award.
