- PR Number: IQC06038009009 FSC: 5330, 5331 and 5340 Various Items RFP: Due Date 5/18/06 Unrestricted buy (Limited sources) This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under Commercial Procedures. The IQC will be solicited under 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, unrestricted for a two-year base period, with three one-year options. The procurement is for 32 restricted NSNs. The NSNs have various quantities. Line item 0001 has a quantity of 55 each. This solicitation will be evaluated item by item based on a factor of Past Performance more important than Price. The required delivery of items is 120 days. The anticipated award date of this contract is July 21, 2006. Electronic Data Interchange is required for this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Trade Agreements Act of 1979 is requirement of this solicitation. No drawings are available from DSCP. Drawing can only be obtained from the restricted sources.
