- Description
- This is a synopsis of a requirement for commercial services. This is request for quotation (RFQ) number HSCG81-06-Q-3BL000. This request for quotation will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27. The NAICS code is 339114 and the size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and competence to 1. Remove the existing equipment, which includes: Gendex 1000 tube head, Gendex 1000 Panelipse II Master control panel, Gendex GX Pan Panelipse II Pano Machine. The Coast Guard will provide it’s disposal. Purchase of new equipment shall include: Gendex Orthoralix 9000 pano machine with free standing base, Remote station kit for Gendex tube head GX 770 part #0771, and installation of the new tube head (GX 770) and the new pano (orthoralix 9000). Specifications to be provided on request. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offer: Price, Required Delivery Date.
