- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F4AE006118A1, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-10. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333923 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested to be furnished and installed in this solicitation; 1 Ton Cable King Wire Rope Hoist, Hoist Cat# BEW1-76PT39S2 or equal. Capacity: 1 Ton/Lift: 76? Non-TVL Pendant Drop: 2 button p.d pendant from trolley w/73? drop?Hoist speed: 39 fpm. Hoist Motor: 3 hp, 30-minute duty motor. Class ?F? installation. Rope: 2 PS ???Head room: 33? Trolley to ride on W10X49#1 beam rail with flange width of 10.00? maximum, no curves. Nema 4/12 enclosure, mechanical load brake, hoist motor brake, Upper block & upper/lower gear limit switch (3) Manuals. Power supply: 208v 3 ph 60 hz, Control Voltage: 115v, Paint: Standard Safety Yellow, Approximate weight: 1110 lbs. Shipping, labor charges, installation, and load test hoist pricing must be included in your quote. Professional installation and load test required. FOB: Destination for delivery to 112 Ohio ave. Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. A Site visit is scheduled for 17 Aug 2006 from 1300 ? 1400 at Det 2 28th TES, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. Contractors are encouraged to attend the site visit prior to submitting a quote to ensure adequate equipment location compatibility and proper hoist load/lift compatibility.
