Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Nenana Lumber Company, 3509 International St, Fairbanks, AK 99701-7383. Nenana Lumber Company (NLC) will provide all materials and labor to fabricate and install a fenced and gated area within the National Park Service's warehouse located in Fairbanks, AK. (See General Description below). Under authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(4), the value of the contract is expected to be under $100,000. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This service will be procured under Firm Fixed Price in accordance with FAR 13 procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-5. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide all labor and materials to fabricate and install a chain linked fenced and gated area within the NPS warehouse located in Fairbanks, AK.
