- NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for the procurement of a Laser Soldering System, CDRH Class I, with Safety Enclosure, CCTV Targeting System, Positioning System, 30 watts or greater for our Weapons Department Technology Division. This requirement must be manufactured in accordance with the specifications provided below. This requirement is set aside for small business. The small business size standard for this procurement is 500 employees, with a NAICS code of 333992, and an FSC code of 3438. Award will be made on a low cost, technically acceptable basis. Delivery is to be 60 days from date of award. NAVSEA, IHDIV shall not receive, or accept any form of electronic proposals as a result of this RFQ. You may fax your quote to 301-744-6546, or mail it to the address provided above to my attn., at Bldg. 1558. All offerors will be ineligible for award, unless they have registered in the DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). The web address is! www.ccr.gov.
