Description: Notice of Intent to Sole Source to CNBC ASIA for a Firm Fixed Price: Electronic development of two (2) Mandarin language television programs to broadcast in China. The contract is to be awarded under FAR Part 12 ?Acquisition of Commercial Items? using FAR Subpart 13.5(a), (b), and (c). The sole source requirement is in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and the Free Trade Agreement with Singapore in accordance with FAR 25.400(a)(2)(iii). The service will be available in several formats and broadcasted from August 29, 2006 through October 31, 2006.
