- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is F2V3036221A100. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective: 4 August 2006. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) are 339950, Sign Manufacturing, and 323119, Other Commercial Printing with a 500 employees size standard. DESCRIPTION: (a) 545 each, signs 18 in x 12 in x .080 in engineer grade aluminum, single sided, red and black on white, standard holes, standard radius corners, no bleeds, no half tones, all signs the same. (contact POC below for copy of required signage) (b) 760 each, signs 36 in x 30 in x .080 in mill finish aluminum, 4 holes, square corners, blank with government furnished material application installed. (contact POC below for copy of government furnished material to be applied to blank sign) (c) 545 each, 10 ft U-Channel posts, green channel post, 2.0lbs/foot with continuous pre-drilled holes for attaching signs. (d) 1,100 each, 2 in long x 3/8 in diameter hex head, zinc plated bolts. (e) 1,100 each, 3/8 in diameter zinc plated nuts. (f) 1,100 each, 3/8 in diameter zinc plated lock washers. (g) Pick up government furnished materials from Avon Park Air Force Range (APAFR) and delivery of all signs to APAFR. Delivery is to be made FOB Destination to 18 ASOG DET 1, OL A/RSQ, AVON PARK AIR FORCE RANGE, FL 33825, and prices should include delivery. Anyone not quoting FOB Destination should include estimated freight/shipping cost with their quote. Your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The following FAR and DEARS provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial.
