- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-06-Q-0317 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Unrestricted with Full & Open Competition. (v) SHOT PEENING SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATTACHED MIL SPECS AND PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS); REQUIREMENT AVERAGES FIVE (5) AIRCRAFT WINGS & SIX (6) SMALL AIRCRAFT PARTS PER MONTH; QUOTE SHOULD BE FOR TOTAL COSTS FOR PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (15 SEP 06 - 30 AUG 07) & SHOULD INCLUDE BREAKDOWN OF COSTS: PER WING, PER SMALL PART, SET UP FEE PER VISIT, MATERIALS, & OTHER APPLICABLE FEES. (vi) Period of Performance: 15 September 2006 to 30 August 2007. Location: AMARC A-10 Wing Shop, 4860 S. Superior Ave, Bldg 7401, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, 85707 (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (viii) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (ix) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, or complete on ORCA website: http://orca.bpu.gov/ with its offer.
