Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) National Training Center (NTC) has a requirement for C-band and Ku-band uplink services, C-band and Ku-band downlink services, "local loop" connections to the Vyvx point of presence in Phoenix, permanent television signal feeds between the NTC facility and the contractor's location, and other occasional use remote television transmission and signal feed services. The BLM anticipates a firm-fixed price blanket purchase order for one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options beginning October 1, 2007. BPA Calls will be issued by the NTC, Arizona State Office and or the National Business Center. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 517410. Size standard is $13.5 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 28, 2006. The solicitation may be downloaded from the IDEASEC website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp. Please print the Standard form (SF-1449) and print all clauses and attachments. Proposals are due September 11, 2006 by 12:00 PM Mountain Time. Proposals shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule including unit price, 2) Technical Approach as detailed in Section E of the solicitation, 3) Past Performance Questionnaires from at least four (4) current (last 3 years) customers for like services, 4) Completed 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Jun 2006) (accessible at http://www.arnet.gov/far/) or statement of registration in ORCA (accessible at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx) , 5) Include TIN and DUNS Number, and 6) Offer must be signed.
