- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, VA intends to acquire all labor necessary to provide Roman Catholic Priest services as required by the Navy Region Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The resulting contract will be from 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 with two one-year option periods. The contractor shall submit a resume with his offer identifying his current and previous positions. Duties may include but are not limited to the following: Performing Catholic Mass, Confession, and Counseling, as well as Written and Verbal Reports as necessary. Services shall be performed as needed at several naval bases throughout the Hampton Roads area. Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the NECO website at https://www.neco.navy.mil or at the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the government. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
