- Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-06-R-0283, IQC06236009008, NSN: 9150-01-353-4799, Hydraulic Fluid, Automatic Transmission: products shall conform to and be approved by General Motors Corporation (GM) under GM Automatic Transmission fluid specification DEXRON III dated 93 April. Unit high density polyethylene (HDPE) container contains 1 quart (QT). Supplier must submit copies of forms with bid from GM as cited in their ?Automatic Transmission Fluid Qualification Program Policy Procedures? manual dated 1998, verifying that the product to be provided is qualified by GM. These forms are labeled as follows in the GM manual: Forms D and E for an original qualification, Forms H and I if a re-brand, and Forms O and P if a re-blend qualification. Tech Data Availability: DSC does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. This NSN is in accordance with (IAW) the following: IAW STD NR MIL-STD-290F REFNO DTD 04/20/06 AMEND NR 00 DTD 07/17/00 TYPENUMBER MIL-STD-290F. QAP 004 applies. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with EPA with one base year plus one option year. Solicitation will not contain progress payments. There are no Surge & Sustainment requirements for this NSN. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 159,000 QT for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 39,750 QT. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 238,499 QT for the base and option years. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 39,750 QT / 79,500 QT. Solicitation will be issued under Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources as a 100% small business set aside. This is a commercial item. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Label are required. Quantity Variance is plus 5% or minus 5%. Required delivery is 30 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. DLA-Direct delivery will be to Richmond, VA (SRG) & Tracy, CA (AQ5) only. This item is a critical application item. This item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Synopsis on Fed Biz Ops will occur on August 29, 2006. The solicitation will be issued on September 13, 2006 with a closing date of October 13, 2006.
