Description: In accordance with the procedures prescribed by OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003), the U.S. Department of Agriculture?s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has completed a Standard Competition of Geological Analysis services. This Standard Competition was performed under a deviation granted by the Office of Management and Budget that enabled NRCS to conduct this public-private competition of Architect/Engineer-type Geological Analysis services. As a result of this competition, the studied services will be performed in-house by the Government?s Most Efficient Organization. No private sector or public reimbursable offers were received, and the Agency Tender was evaluated as being qualified and reasonably priced.
