Description: Provide Labor, vehicle, equipment and material for removal and destruction of regulated medical waste at Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Ogden Utah, St. George Utah, Orem, Utah and Pocatello, Idaho for the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. The contractor will be awarded to one contractor for all of the above sites. The base year will run from November 1, 2006 through October 31, 2007 with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The contract will be an indefinite quantity commercial type contract.
