Description

This notice is issued to obtain commercial sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for HapSite Chemical Agent Detector ID System for Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide for all shipment and transportation for this purchase to Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The approximate delivery date is 27 October 2006. This solicitation will be as a 100% service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The Standard Industry Classification Code is 3829 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 05 September 2006. The solicitation may be obtained by downloading through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (Vendor). Hard copies will not be available. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. Only one contract will be awarded. Include in your proposal a CAGE code, Tax ID Number, and approximate delivery date. Currently, this purchase does not have funding due to fiscal year requirements, but is expected to be funded by 30 September 2006. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit the supporting information requested, priced offers, and representations by mail or fax.
