Description

Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, 99th Contracting Squadron, intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition to Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to GE Medical Systems, 5517 Collection Center Drive, Chicago, IL 60693, to purchase Preventative Maintenace Service Agreement for Centricity Prenatal (QS Prenatal) central monitoring system for Mike O'Callahan Federal Hospital, 99 Medical Group. Service under the agreement shall include the following: System monitoring, Emergency telephone support, response for Level 1, 2, & 3 errors, error corrections, updates and upgrades, system changes, system administration support, application support, and database maintenance. All responses must be received in this office not later than 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time on 01 September 06, in order to be considered. Anticipated award date is 01 Sep 06. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), Code for this acquisition is 811219 with a Small Business standard size of $6.5 Million .
