- Small Business Sources Sought. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking Small Business responses in order to determine available, qualified Small Businesses participation on this acquisition. The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) intends to procure services to support the United States Army Quartermaster Center and School, Fort Lee, VA. Support services will include Instructor Training, Training Development, Automation Support, and Administrative Services. A copy of the draft PWS i s available by e-mail request to Sharon.r.morrow@eustis.army.mil. NRCC is contemplating a performance period of a base year with four one-year option periods. For the purpose of Small Businesses, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, all other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services with a size standard of $6.5M. Responses (not more than 10 pages, single- sided or 5 pages double-sided, not less than 10 pitch 8 1/2 x 11 ) shall include the following informati on: 1) size of company (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SB, VOSB, SDB, SDVOSP, or all others); 2) number of employees; 3) revenue for the past three (3) years; 5) documentation of relevant past performance or past experience on same/similar work dating back n ot more than three years. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine if contactors have expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
