Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICS Code is 334111 and the Size Standard is 1000 employees for this procurement. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. NAWCWD intends to procure One 18 TB disk for existing HP XP1024, Eight sets of memory for HP Servers, Two HP-UX 11i Media for Itainium Servers, Two HP RP4440, and One HP Superdome for existing infrastructure for the NAVAIR Depot Maintenance System (NDMS). ALL PRODUCTS ARE BRAND NAME MANDATORY. Copy of the specification and delivery schedule for this procurement is available as an attachment, SOW, to subject Combination Synopsis/Solicitation. This requirement is for the following quantity: CLIN 0001: 18 TB Disk for HP XP1024 Qty - 1 Set; CLIN 0002: Memory to HP Servers Qty - 8 Sets; CLIN 0003: HP-UX 11i Media for Itainium Servers Qty - 2 Each; CLIN 0004: HP RP4440 Qty - 2 Each; CLIN 0005: HP Superdome Qty - 1 Each. Packaging and marking shall be IAW commercial standards. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery to be made 30 days ARO. Delivery shall be at NAVAL AIR DEPOT, Attn: Donald Brown (619.545-2215), Code 724 NASNI, Bldg 334-2 San Diego, CA 92135. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jan 2004) applies to this acquisition and there are no addenda to the provision.
