- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quote under solicitation number M00681-06-T-0192. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 423720 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract, as a result of the quotes received. The Regional Contracting Office, Southwest, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton has a requirement for the following supply. This requirement is ?Brand Name? onlyNo ?equal to? products are acceptable. CLIN 0001 (1 Each) Hurst Boiler, Series 45 Three Pass Compact Boiler, Horsepower 30, Model# S45-G-30-30W; Rating: 1004 MBH Gross Output, MAWP:30PSIG. Boiler must be built to manufacturer specifications and contain the following: Boiler to be assembled with McDonnell & Miller Series TC-4 Test-N-Check Valves and two (2) Float Type of low water devices (McDonnell & Miller ?Model# 63?). One (1) Auto reset and second manual reset. Low water devices are to be pre-piped and pre-wired to boiler and shall conform to IRI Gas Control Train System. Burner firing sequence shall be ?on-off? principle. The burner shall be set up for firing of ?Natural Gas?. Factory standard supplied water boiler trims/equipment and two (2) copies each of ASME manufacturere?s data report sheets. Owners/operational manual shall be shipped with boiler. Boiler stack outlet (stack connection) shall be on topside of flue box. Boiler Control Panel and IRI gas train shall be mounted on the right side of the boiler when viewed from boiler front. Flame safeguard controller shall be honeywell series, model #RM78-1012 with infared flame detector without expanded annunicator. Available electrial power shall be 120 volts, single phase,! 60 cycle for boiler motor and boiler circuits. All above information shall be assembled prior to shipment.
