Description: The US EPA Region 6, Dallas, TX Procurement Office intends to award a Purchase Order to Ford Audio Visual-Video Systems, Inc. of Dallas, TX under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This equipment was originally provided by Ford Audio Visual-Video Systems, Inc. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to Re-new Preventative Maintenance Services to conduct monthly service calls to check and inspect the operation of existing audio visual equipment and software applications for A/V equipment already in place at the US EPA.
