Description: Description is revised to read as follows: Administration Public Buildings Service (PBS) publicized its intent to conduct a Streamlined Competition for Administrative Support Function Commercial Activity performed at New York City, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany, NY. The authority and procedures for the competition are found in the revised OMB Circular A-76. This announcement is made as a result of the competition. This requirement will be performed by the Most Efficient Organization (MEO) including 11 government FTE. The decision was certified by the Competitive Sourcing Official, the Agency Tender Official and Contracting Officer.
