Description

The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific/Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DoDDS-P/DDESS-Guam) intends to procure Panasonic PV-GS180 Digital Camcorders (45 each) and Lumix Digital Cameras (45 each), Brand Name or Equal, utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price type contract on an Full and Open Competition basis. Specific requirements are described in the Request for Quote. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Tracy, California within 30 days from effective date of contract award. Request for Quote number HE1260-06-T-7003 will be posted on or about 31 August 2006 in the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps). The Request for Quote will close 14 days from the Solicitation issue date. Contract award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all Contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. All responsible sources submitting a quote shall be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the Request for quote. Responses must be e-mailed to dppd@pac.dodea.edu .
