- DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Software Engineering of America, 1230 Hempstead Tpke, Franklin Square, NY 11010-1534. This acquisition is for the purchase of PDSFAST ? Fast Pack Software License Renewal in Ogden. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 Oct 2006 through 30 Sep 2007. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 11 Aug 2006 via the following address: betty.burris@disa.mil.
