- NSN 2510-01-378-5615 Tailgate, vehicular IAW DWG 19207 12338969 and all related drawings and specifications. A quantity of 373 each are to be delivered to New Cumberland PA, 180 days after the date of contract. All responsible sources may make an offer which shall be considered. See Numbered Notes 1, 9 and 26. The solicitation shall be available in the FedBizOpps on it's issue date of 21 August 2006. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. Drawings/specification will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision shall be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
