- Solicitation for NSN 1560-99-353-3933/0012860824, P/N: 75A327192-1011. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is BAE Systems, Cage Code U9143. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The required delivery schedule is 274 days ARO, FOB Origin. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter RFP with anticipation of issuing a delivery order against a current Basic Ordering Agreement. A copy of the solicitation will not be avfailable via DIBBS. A copy of this solicitaion will only be available by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is 22 August 2006.
