Description

Request for Proposals SP0406-06-Q-9569, authorized by YPG06076000731, for NSN 9150-01-368-7075, Lubricating Oil, Steam Turbine, i/a/w specification MIL-PRF-17331H(SH) will be issued as an unrestricted, full and open procurement with QPL requirement, i/a/w commercial procedures defined at FAR 13.5. Total quantity is 1520 55-gal DRUMs; stock locations: 480 AQ5, Tracy CA and 1040 SRG Richmond, VA. MSDS and Hazard Warning Label apply and should be provided with proposal. QAP-166, shelf-life, and quantity variance of +/-5% apply. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance -Destination. Delivery: 30 DARO. Effective 1 June 1998, to receive any award, a contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), updated annually.
