- This project consists of work included here, but not limited to: hot asphalt placement, asphalt surface sealing with emulsified asphalt, pavement marking, geotextile placement, placing aggregate base and removal of existing asphalt, pulverize and rework aggregate base. The project is located on various sites on the Cleveland National Forest. Government Estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NAICS 237310. SBA Size Standard $28.5 million. Contract time is 180 calendar days. Estimated start date Fall 2006. Contractors must be registered with Central Contractors Registry. Registration can be done online @ http://www.ccr.gov.
