- The following are questions and answers for the referenced solicitation: Question 1. What synchroscan frequency is required? Answer 1. 76 MHz is required. Question 2. RFQ does not mention temporal resolution requirements. Answer 2. Three (3) ps is required. Question 3. What are the spatial resolution requirements? Answer 3. The spectrometer should have a grating to insure 3 ps resolution, another grating to allow for at least 0.1 nm resolution. Question 4. What size photocathode is required? Answer 4. A spec will not be quoted on this; however, time resolution and dark counts are both required and important. Question 5. What readout camera is intended for this purchase? Answer 5.
