- This RFO/SIR sets forth the Government requirements for a Technical Assistance Contract to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Organization Operations Planning (ATO-P) Office of Aviation Reserach and its staff in the operation, management, and administration of its programs. This organization guides the FAA in the management, direction, and coordination of the agency's Research, Engineering, and Development (RE&D) Program. The duties of this organization include general and technical support of programs related to: Human Factors, Research Planning, Weather, and Airport and Aircraft Research and Developement. The support encompasses the disciplines of human factors,information technology, and financial and business management with associated administrative support. The contractor provides research, engineering, technical , management and administrative support to various Research and Developement (R&D) organizations within ATO-P. See Section L.11 for Submission Instructions. This is a total set-aside for SEDB/8a concerns.
