- In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (AMS) 4.2.3.4, the FAA is conducting this Market Survey to solicit responses from interested, qualified sources currently in the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program to perform the services described in the attached documents. The Federal Aviation Administration intends to enter into a follow-on contract based on services previously performed for the FAA by Optimal Solutions and Technologies (OST). Required services will involve development of an aviation centric thesaurus that will build upon the previous explorations of thesaurus capabilities, and that will also complement continuing FAA efforts to develop and implement a rigorous data management program.
