- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment, required to provide monthly preventive maintenance and unlimited repair of the eighty (80) Sharp Elect fax machines at VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFP will be advertised on this site or about August 9, 2006 as a 100% Small Business set-a-side, with a NAICS Code of 811213 with the size standard of $6.5 million. Contract award will be for a base year plus four option years. Work under this award must start October 1, 2006. Interested Offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free by e-mailing calvin.thomas@va.gov . Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
