- Contractor shall furnish F.O.B. destination - all labor, material, parts, equipment, manuals and schematic drawings necessary to perform preventive maintenance service, emergency repair work and performance evaluations on the medical equipment located at the Anderson, Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The equipment shall be maintained in optimum operating condition and meet manufacturer's specification for operation and performance. The contractor will comply with the recommendations of the original equipment manufacturer as well as criteria established by JCAHO, VA, and NFPA for preventive maintenance and service on all equipment used at the clinic. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFP will be advertised on or about August 7, 2006 as a 100% Small Business set-a-side, with a NAICS Code of 811219 with the size standard of $6.5 Million for a base year plus four option years. The range of this solicitation is between $5,000.00 and $7,000.00 for the base year. Work under this award must start August 21, 2006.
