- Description
- Description The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio 44107, intends to solicit general services for the delivery of one boiler and associated fuel line equipment. The boiler will be a small-to-medium capacity water-tube boiler with natural gas and atomized oil combustion capability. Systems will be labeled, automated, alarmed and will include appropriate valve connection in order to be consistent with existing systems in the boiler plant. No installation labor is included, only delivery and warranty. Coordination of delivery and planning site visits will be made as required by the VAMC. This contract shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, 19 and 37. This contract shall be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Set-Aside. All FAR provisions and clauses maybe reviewed and/or obtained from the General Service Internet Address: http://www.gover/far. This contract shall consist of all services including but not limited to all labor, management, material, supplies, and equipment and bonding necessary as it relates to the completion of requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposal contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
