Description: The government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Nortex Modular Leasing and Construction Company, 555 Jubulee Ln, Lewisville, TX, 75056-4801. Requirement consists of a lease agreement for extending the use of a doublewide trailer for training utilized by Barksdale AFB personnel. Nortex supplied the temporary use of the training trailer for FY06 to accomidate Air Force training requirements on a monthly basis. If this requirement was competed and possibly awarded to a different contractor, could result in increased costs and/or setup fees. Due to the extensive approval process, an open market competition on this requirement is not an option.
