- Oracle Based Application Training provided to individuals assigned to USSTRATCOM, Global Innovation Strategy Center (GISC), and Western Continental Area Office (WCAO), Omaha, Nebraska. Solicitation Number FA4600-06-T-0042. The contractor shall provide training on Oracle products to be used on the USSTRATCOM Intelligence Network (SINET) to achieve PL3 accreditation as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of performance will be Aug ?06-Oct ?06 (exact dates will be mutually agreed upon by contractor and Government). Solicitation will be issued as a competitive small business set-aside. Solicitation issue date is 4 August 06; the proposal due date is 9 August 06.
