- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement, FA4861-06-Q-B017, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. The NAICS code for this is 541511. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is $ 21 million. This RFQ is being submitted as a restricted solicitation open to small businesses only. This is a commercial item. The requirement is for an Intelex Training Management System. The Training System manages training performance by type, requirements, status, coiurse, employee/contractor, due date and priority. Other features shall include the ability to sort, search, and surf, training requirements organization wide. 100 % web based, able to capture training details, schedule training dates, auto scheduling by course frequency, compatible with any email system, track training requirements, generate sign-in sheets, auto notification to employees, scalable to unlimited number of users, onsite or online training should be available. No O-Zone Depleting Certification required. Please quote in the following format: CLIN 0000- System Administrator Access Users CLIN 0001 ?5-Each-Full Access Users.
