- Description
- This is a proposed acquisition for the purchase of a Surgical Manager Program System quantity 1 each: comprehensive surgical operating room information management system. We require a complete system for surgical scheduling, supply orders, resource management, charting, and complete surgical documentation. The system must provide a database system for scheduling surgical procedures and managing daily surgical caseloads. This system must have scheduling, supply requisitions, operating room logging, and statistical utilization (information needed to review staffing and budgetary needs while improving efficiency of current resources, equipment conflicts and supply cost). The system must be expandable to include pre-operative, intra-operative, post-operative patient documentation. We require the company to convert existing data into the new database as part of installation. This system must contain the latest security industry standard and graphical user interface necessary to accommodate the integration with Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support System (DMLSS) a platform required for supply and equipment management, and the Composite Health Care System (CHCS I & II), an automated integrated medical information system. DMLSS, CHCS, are both programs implemented DoD wide. This system must provide for data retrieval in that it must produce daily and monthly utilization reports . Offers will be evaluated on price and delivery schedule, requested delivery date is 1 October 2006 and FOB point is destination. Anticipated date of award is august 21, 2006. The anticipated date the solicitation will be posted to Fedbizopps is Aug 7, 2006. All interested parties must download a copy of the solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
