- CSC Applied Technologies LLC (CSC) contemplates issue of an UNFUNDED Invitation For Bid (UIFB) for Repair Interior F455, at Vance AFB, OK as solicitation number UIFB097B. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation and have not been promised or guaranteed. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or CSC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no contract will result. CSC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the opening date in the absence of funding. Offerors will be required to provide for an acceptance period which extends through 31 December 2006. Bid bonds in an amount of 20% of offer, issued by an acceptable surety listed in Federal Circular 570, must accompany all offers and will be held for the entire acceptance period should funds not be readily forthcoming. It is recommended that offerors carefully consider the impact on their bonding capacity for the applicable acceptance period if an offer is anticipated. XTLF 06-1040 Repair Interior F455, Project consists of the remodel of building 455 of approximately 4,400 square feet for the purpose of a teen center facility including re-finishing of hollow metal doors and frames, solid wood doors; demolition, and re-finishing of existing CMU partitions; carpet; vinyl composition tile; mechanical, including exhaust for and extension of HVAC system to rest rooms; plumbing, including installation of new wall hung urinal and water closet and removal of one lavatory; electrical conduit wire, lighting, and fire alarm components; and all work in accordance with the plans and specifications to provide a complete project. Magnitude $100K - $500K Estimated Issue Date: 16 August 2006 Pre-Bid Meeting Date: Tentative Date is 31 August 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Bldg 200 Conference Rm 123. Bid Opening Date: 19 September 2006 at 2:30 p.m. at Building 200 Conference Room 123. Please note: the Pre-Bid Meeting Date is tentative and may change.
