- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA5000-06-R-0040 shall be used on all documents refering to this proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-11 dated 5 July 2006. Total small business set aside and the associated NAICS code is 8128112 and small business size standard of $6.5M. This is a concessionaire contract which requires the vendor to propose a percentage of gross sales to be paid to NAF. See statement of work for selection criteria. This will be a base year with four (4) option years beginning 1 Oct 06 through 30 Sep 07 for the base period. FOB is Elmendorf AFB, Artic Oasis in the Paradise Cuts facility.
