- This snyopsis has been assigned a new soliciation number. The old solicitation number W91QF0-06-R-0013 is deleted and replaced with W91QF0-06-T-0052. The U.S. Army War College has a requirement for instructor to develop and present a series of briefings, presentations, and workshops on the Military Family Program at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania to resident students and families. The work includes de veloping, recruiting voluntary audience participation, executing a series of presentations, supporting other related in-house presentations, and networking research related to the Military Family Team Building and spouse education program. A series of 29 presentations, one three-day workshop and other briefings are required. The requirement requires significant on-site performance. The period of performance begins 1 October 2006 - 30 September 2007 and includes a base year with two (2) options. Offerors must be registered in the CCR to be eligible for award. Further information on registering with CCR may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. The acquisition will be issued as unrestricted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611710. T he size standard is $6.5 Million. The solicitation will be available at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website located at the following address: https//:acquisition.army.mil. The online document will include all documents of the solicitation pac kage including the closing date. No hard copy of the solicitation package will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendme nts and/or other applicable documents.
