- The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions submitted as a result of the request for quotation. The answers below are for informational purposes only. a. Government Responses to Industry Questions are hereby provided: 1. Is this a new requirement? Government Response: Yes, this is a new requirement. 2. If not, who is the incumbent on this contract, and how long have they been performing the work? Can they bid on this opportunity? Government Response: There is no incumbent. 3. Who is the principal end-user? Can we have the name and address? May we contact him/her? Government Response: The end user is listed in paragraph 7 of the Performance Work Statement. Any questions regarding this request for quote shall be d irected to Mr. Charles Spicer, Contract Specialist at charles.a.spicer@us.army.mil. 4. Is citizenship a requirement for the personnel proposed for the contract? Government Response: Yes, U.S. citizenship is required. 5. Is a security clearance of any sort required for any of the positions Government Response: There are no security clearance requirements. 6. Is there any additional special consideration in evaluation of RFP responses for small, woman-owned, and/or SBA certified disadvantaged business? Government Response: This is a total small business set aside requirement 7. Do you know what the training site is like? Is it an auditorium or an open classroom with flexible seating (movable tables and chairs)? Government response: The training site will be located at the Bay Breeze Community Center and it is open with flexible seating.
