- This quote is a combinted synopsis and quote. A quote will not be issued. Purchase of 7500 ea siber statkes to be delivered to Fort Bliss, Texas. The siber stake is constructed of 2 impact resistant schedule 40 PVC pipe that has been cleaned and painted with non-glare black paint suitable to adhere to plastic. Each stake is 16 long and is banded with highly reflective tape. The sequence of colors and width of the bands can be in any color combination or of a single color. The standard SIBER s take has five bands. The first band is a 6 inch silver band, followed by a 2 inch yellow band, followed by a 3 inch red band, followed by another 2 inch yellow band, and again followed by a 3 inch red band. This combination of bands makes up the 16 requi red inches. The back of the stake has a non-glare black stripe approximately one inch wide running the entire length of the pipe.
