- The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence, CCE on behalf of the Army Logistics Innovation Agency expects to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to sustain logistics support of Sense and Respond Logistics (S&RL). The S&RL concept pr edicts, anticipates, coordinates actions that provide warfighting advantages spanning the full range of military operations across the strategic, operational and tactical levels of war. The solicitation will be available on or about 20 Aug 2006. The compe tition for this effort will be full and open. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561990; size standard is $6.5M. The expected period of performance will be for a base of 12 months with four (4) one-year options.
